Use Raven’s “auto-share with” feature to share listings within your brokerage only

As an agent, you may have office exclusive listings that you want to, or can, only share with other agents within your brokerage. Raven’s auto-share with my brokerage only option allows you to add any listings (sellers) to Raven, and make them visible only to matching buyers agents within your brokerage.

Not only is this compliant with NAR’s Clear Cooperation Policy, but the best part is that Raven increases collaboration through automatic matching and sharing versus static Facebook groups or verbal meeting mentions.
